H2ED is in my opinion, the best all around Saved Game Editor
for HOMM2 out there. It has the ability to edit both scenarios
and campaigns from the game AND the Expansion Pack.
After starting the program, you are asked to chose a file name
for the game you want to edit.
The main menu. Here you chose what player, hero, or castle
to edit. You can also change your resources here.
The Hero Editor.
Edit basically everything. Movement, Exp, spell points,
Armies with the hero, Secondary Skills, Spells and even
Artifacts.
The Castle Editor.
Decide what structures are already built (or not),
Set the Mage Guild level, and put an Army in the castle.
